This is the Euro Presentations AV automated Audio Visual booking system for Exhibition Stand holders.

If you can not find your show listed then a bespoke quotation may be needed and please click the contact us page and request a price.

This site only caters for shows where Euro Presentations AV are appointed as "Official Supplier". Please find these shows listed to the left of this text box.

The hire charge includes delivery; set up; onsite show support and collection thereafter. Screens come with standard HDMI cables. (Don't forget the adaptor for your laptop if it doesn't have a standard HDMI socket!)

The individual show shops are usually closed 5 working days before the event set up day. So please don't leave your order to the last minute!
