The individual event ordering pages are closed 3 working days before the first live day of the event. We will not be able to refund after this date as we will have booked equipment and crew for the installation.

Within 10 working days of the event we can offer a 50% refund. Please email one of the contacts on the event ordering page to enquire.

More than 10 working days and from 1 April 2020 we will only be able to refund the amount you paid less the credit card fee. This is due to the card processing company's change of policy, as they no longer refund the fees.
