Welcome to the exhibition stand holder Audio Visual order page.

The event is being held in the NEC Birmingham on 19 March 2026. The set up day for equipment installation is 18 March. No equipment hire charges are made for this set up day.

The prices shown are an event price, and include delivery set up and removal after the show.

We will provide most of the industry standard cables for connectivity. If you have any special connectivity requirements please let us know in advance!

The individual show shops are usually closed a week before the start of the event. So please dont leave your order to the last minute!
